Horner & Shifrin, Inc. Opens New Office in Chicago, IL
The new office is located at O’Hare Plaza II, 8755 W. Higgins Rd. Ste. 325, Chicago, IL 60631-0019.

Over the past three years, Horner & Shifrin has committed experienced staff and resources to the pursuit of work in the Greater Chicago Area. Horner & Shifrin staff are dedicated to providing innovative solutions to the communities in which they live and work. The firm provides professional services to municipal, state and federal government agencies, as well as private industries and institutions.

Horner & Shifrin’s recent experience in Chicago includes engineering design for the rehabilitation of four miles of the Reagan Memorial Tollway (I-88) from IL 59 to east of Washington Avenue for the Illinois State Toll Highway Authority. The work included bridge repair plans for the twin structures over the West Branch of the DuPage River, modification of the existing drainage system, and drainage & utility plan sheets around the IL Route 59 and Winfield Road interchanges. H&S is also assisting with ADA Sidewalk and Curb Improvements in the Village of Lake Bluff for IDOT.
