Mike Wyland, PE Receives Commissioning Certification
Mike Wyland has received his commissioning certification, which brings another service H&S can offer to its clients.
With a certified commissioning agent on staff, we offer a range of commissioning efforts from the whole building to specific critical systems. We follow a commissioning process based on ASHRAE Standard 202 “Commissioning Process for Buildings and Systems”
At Horner & Shifrin, we know your building is a primary resource for conducting business and is a major capital investment to build, renovate, or maintain. Commissioning has a primary goal to facilitate the process for achieving, validating and documenting that the performance of the building and its systems meet the design needs and requirements of our client.
Mike Wyland has more than 26 years of mechanical engineering experience with project work in science and technology, healthcare, education, student housing and retail. Mike has specialized in HVAC system design, project development, construction administration, commissioning, LEED documentation and client relations.
Mr. Wyland’s commissioning experience includes testing of mechanical systems for John Burroughs School in Ladue, St. Louis Zoo and for the Senior Assisted Living Sheridan at Creve Coeur.
