Horner & Shifrin, Inc., announces that Virginia K. Feeler, CPSM, Manager of Business Development, has been named an Associate of the firm, and Jonathan J. Derner, P.E. has been promoted to Structural Project Engineer.

Ms. Feeler, a Certified Professional Services Marketer with over 23 years of related experience, manages all marketing support activities, including proposals, presentations, publicity and public relations, for the firm. She holds a Master’s Degree in Communications and Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from Webster University. She is a resident of St. Louis County.
