William P. Clarke, P.E., President of Horner & Shifrin, Inc., is pleased to announce that Gino E. B. Bernardez, P.E., has been named Associate Vice President and an Officer of the firm.

Mr. Bernardez joined Horner & Shifrin in 1999, was named Associate of the firm in 2001, and was promoted to Manager, Transportation/Civil Engineering in 2007. He has more than 26 years of civil engineering experience encompassing master planning and design of improvements for highways, roadways, stormwater drainage systems and site improvements for building projects and athletic complexes. He is a resident of Ballwin, MO.
