Julia A. Cornelius has joined Horner & Shifrin, Inc., as a Project Designer/Technician in the Environmental Group.

Ms. Cornelius has over 18 years of experience in developing CAD drawings and designs for environmental, residential, commercial, and municipal projects for such clients as the Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, the Missouri Department of Transportation, and numerous municipal clients. Ms. Cornelius is a resident of Belleville, IL.
