Karen S. Frederich, P.E., Environmental Project Manager at Horner & Shifrin, has been named Annual Roster Chair for the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), St. Louis Section.

ASCE’s mission is to facilitate the advancement of technology, encourage and provide the tools for lifelong learning, promote professionalism and the profession, develop and support civil engineer leaders, and advocate infrastructure and environmental stewardship.
