Ardie E. Mansouri, E.I., has joined Horner & Shifrin, Inc., as an Engineer in the Structural Engineering Department.

Mr. Mansouri, a resident of Fenton, MO, holds a Bachelors of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Missouri-Columbia. His experience includes serving as a Project Management Assistant for a $90 million American Recovery and Reinvestment Act-funded Periodic Inspection of Levees Program where he developed and maintained processes to monitor the progress of contracts being awarded under the program.
