Environmental Engineer

Kimberly A. Hoskins, P.E., has joined Horner & Shifrin, Inc., as an engineer in the Environmental Engineering Department. 

Ms. Hoskins, a resident of Eureka, MO, has eight years of experience in engineering design and construction management for wastewater collection and treatment facilities.     She also specializes in environmental remediation and regulatory compliance involving soil, stormwater and groundwater sampling, performance of Phase I audits and preparation of Spill Prevention Control & Countermeasure (SPCC) Inspections and reports. 

She holds a Master’s of Science in Environmental Engineering from Clemson University  and a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Purdue University.
