Overview
Horner & Shifrin provided engineering services for the City of Ladue by developing a master plan of the City’s various road and sidewalk improvements. As part of our engineer services, we have provided design services for several transportation projects involving ADA-Compliant sidewalks for new and replacement sidewalks within their community.
