Overview
The City of Manchester hired Horner & Shifrin to provide engineering services for the rehabilitation of the City’s eleven bridges and culverts. The project scope included a condition assessment of each structure based on an in-depth inspection. Horner & Shifrin provided repair and/or replacement recommendations and cost estimates. Our team then prepared plans and specifications to implement the recommendations.
