Horner & Shifrin’s construction inspectors have taken numerous documentation and materials classes for certification to provide complete and accurate construction engineering services. This training provides each of our clients with continuity in construction observation practices and procedures, and helps to ensure a project that is completed on time and within budget.

It is imperative that good practices are followed throughout the course of the project, including close coordination, cooperation and communication among those involved with the project:  the client, the contractor, the designer, utility companies and property owners.
