Our Structural Engineering
Group offers a full range of structural engineering services that may
be provided independently or in conjunction with our architectural,
civil, electrical, environmental, mechanical, and/or transportation
capabilities.
Having worked with such clients as Missouri Department of Transportation,
Illinois Department of Transportation, City of St. Louis, and the St.
Louis County Department of Highways and Traffic, and many municipalities,
Horner & Shifrin's structural engineering team brings a variety
of engineering experience and expertise to any job.
Horner & Shifrin's design philosophy is to meet or exceed client

Our structural engineering capabilities include bridge design/bridge
hydraulics, bridge rehabilitation and inspection, pedestrian bridges,
