About Jarrett Jasper, PE

Jarrett Jasper is a civil engineer who has more than 27 years of experience in the management and design of transportation projects including design-build, interstate & highway design, alternate interchange concepts, conceptual studies, storm water drainage and water quality design, coordination with utilities, cost estimating, intersection design, ADA/PROWAG compliance, traffic studies, QC/QA, and construction and right-of-way plan preparation.

Jarrett enjoys spending time with his family, participating in outdoor activities, traveling, and watching sports.  Some of his favorite travel destinations include Vancouver, Colorado, Hawaii, and Las Vegas.
