About Theresa Goetz, PE

Theresa Goetz has more than 15 years of experience in roadway design and construction; intersection realignments; railroad crossing improvements; ADA compliance; drainage and stormwater design; erosion control and permitting; development of concept, preliminary, right-of-way, and final construction plans; bridge construction, and preparation of cost estimates. Theresa has vast experience in utility coordination from managing all utility conflicts on the High-Speed Rail project in Illinois. She is proficient in MicroStation – Corridor Modeling and Subsurface Utility Design Analysis.
