About Cindy Baumann

Cindy is responsible for the development of human resources strategies and planning, talent management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, leadership development and training, and performance management. Cindy holds a Master’s degree from Webster University. Cindy is a member of the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM), Human Resources Management of Greater St. Louis (HRMA), and the National Human Resource Association (NHRA). Cindy serves on the Board of Directors for Support Dogs, Inc.

In addition to spending time with family and friends, Cindy enjoys teaching as an adjunct professor at Columbia College.
