Overview
Horner & Shifrin was retained to provide technical assistance to identify opportunities for safe routes for walking and bicycling as a part of the Active Living Community of Practice grant program. Services that were provided by H&S included public engagement, recommendations for locations of bicycle and pedestrian routes, treatment types, and network prioritization information.
