Overview
The City of Manchester contracted with Horner & Shifrin to provide surveying and civil engineering design to enclose a ditch through a residential neighborhood that was flooding lower levels of adjacent homes. The project consisted of connecting two public piped storm sewer systems with approximately 300 linear feet of 24-inch sewer pipe. H&S provided land surveying services, easement documentation, hydraulic analysis, plan creation, resident coordination, bidding assistance, construction administration, and construction inspection.
