Overview
Horner & Shifrin partnered with the James River Addition subdivision in Springfield, Missouri, to help inventory water service lines for 96 homes. The team started by gathering all available digital and paper records, entering the information into the Skyview GIS platform. To fill in any gaps, field technicians visited each residence, checked the water service lines, and recorded the pipe materials directly into the system.
Once the data collection was complete, Horner & Shifrin provided the subdivision with access to the Skyview GIS platform and delivered a full inventory spreadsheet that met EPA requirements. The results were then submitted to the James River Addition for forwarding to the EPA and Missouri Department of Natural Resources. This project supports the community’s commitment to providing clean, healthy water for all residents.
