Established by Glenn Clarida in 1965, Clarida & Ziegler Engineering Co. is a civil engineering firm based in Marion, Illinois. CZ provides engineering services for municipalities, water districts, and commercial and residential developers in Southern Illinois.

Horner & Shifrin began the process of acquiring Clarida & Ziegler Engineering Co. in 2023.
