Blake Ofstedal Joins Horner & Shifrin as Assistant Business Unit Leader – Geomatics
Blake Ofstedal has joined Horner & Shifrin as Assistant Business Unit Leader in the Geomatics group. Blake is a Geographer/GIS Analyst with more than 10 years of experience in GIS and survey. His expertise includes data capture, data analysis, surface modeling, and cartography. He is certified in Traffic Noise Modeling through IDOT.
Blake holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geography with a specialization in Geographic Information Systems from Southern Illinois University Carbondale. He is a member of the Illinois GIS Association (ILGISA). Prior to joining H&S, Blake held positions with several companies specializing in GIS solutions across industries, including AEC and telecommunication. In his spare time, Blake is an avid runner, participating in long distance events such as ultramarathons.
