W. Brian Ziegler has been named the new Business Unit Leader for our Water group. With more than 30 years of experience in water treatment, water distribution, wastewater treatment, and wastewater collection, Brian is ready to lead our Water group forward.

He joined us in 2023 when Horner & Shifrin acquired Clarida & Ziegler Engineering Co. Brian brought a strong record of quality service and deep knowledge of water and wastewater systems. Clients value his expertise and commitment to results.

Brian is skilled in project planning, funding, and cost analysis. As owner and president at CZE, he showed strong leadership and a dedication to client-focused solutions. He also supports our employee-owned culture and drive for innovation.
