The City of Charleston, Missouri has contracted with Horner & Shifrin, Inc. (H&S) to assist with the Lead Service Line (LSL) inventory for the city. H&S may require access to your home to verify the material of your water line as it enters the house. H&S will coordinate with each resident to gain access and collect the required data, photograph, and any other water line data.
