Ian Richardson joins Horner & Shifrin as Construction Materials Testing Manager for Southern Missouri Region
Mr. Richardson brings nine years of construction industry experience in the management of geotechnical materials testing, quality control/quality assurance (QA/QC), survey, and inspection. He has provided professional services for clients and projects in Illinois, Missouri, Louisiana, Arkansas, Mississippi, and North Dakota. He most recently served as materials testing manager for the past four years with a firm located out of Poplar Bluff, Missouri. During which time he managed the material testing laboratory for a variety of MoDOT, AHTD, and USACE projects throughout the region. Ian holds multiple certifications with MoDOT, ACI, Arkansas Highway Transportation Department (AHTD), and OSHA.
