Gabe Lett Joins Horner & Shifrin, Inc. as Senior Business Development Manager
Gabe Lett, FSMPS, CPSM, joins Horner & Shifrin as Senior Business Development Manager. Gabe has over 20 years of experience in strategic marketing and business development. In his career, Gabe demonstrates a record of driving growth, building authentic relationships, and empowering AEC and related professionals.
Gabe will oversee business development efforts in Northwest Arkansas and Southwest Missouri. His expertise will help strengthen client partnerships and expand Horner & Shifrin’s presence in these growing regions.
Gabe is known for his ability to connect communities, businesses, and professionals for mutual benefit. He listens to market needs and turns complex challenges into strategic opportunities. His innovative, technology-driven approach has consistently expanded digital reach and fueled growth for the organizations he’s served.
Gabe’s career includes several key business growth roles. As Chief Marketing Officer, he launched a digital content series. This series used storytelling to spotlight employee expertise and strengthen the firm’s online presence. He also directed brand positioning and strategic planning, further enhancing organizational reputation. In previous roles, Gabe partnered with technical staff to strengthen the seller-doer culture. He implemented CRM systems to improve client engagement and delivered SEO-optimized content to expand digital reach. Early in Gabe’s career he identified growth opportunities, supported successful acquisitions, and led market expansion.
Gabe is a Certified Professional Services Marketer (CPSM) and a Fellow of the Society for Marketing Professional Services (FSMPS). He holds an M.A. in Counseling Psychology from AGTS and a B.A. in Bible/Theology from Central Bible College. His leadership extends beyond the workplace. He serves as a board member for the Harry S Truman Community Development Corporation. He is the Regional Conference Chair for the Missouri Valley Regional Conference for SMPS in 2026. He served two terms as the President for SMPS Ozarks.

Fun fact: Gabe is an avid mountain hiker. He’s summited sixteen 14,000-foot peaks and three 13,000-foot peaks in Colorado, with a goal to conquer a new summit every summer. This passion for climbing mirrors his professional philosophy. He views each project and milestone as part of a larger journey. Like summiting a mountain, Gabe’s approach emphasizes steady advancement, resilience, and celebrating each success along the way.
