Paul Wojciechowski, AICP, PE, LCI Joins Horner & Shifrin as Complete Streets Manager
Paul Wojciechowski, AICP, PE, LCI has joined Horner & Shifrin as Complete Streets Manager. Paul has more than 37 years of experience in transportation planning and design with an emphasis in multimodal planning and operations. His experience spans the project lifecycle from early stages assisting with the development of regional transportation plans, to the design and implementation of trails, greenways, bikeways, streets, as well as utility relocation and program management. Paul has assisted project owners and stakeholders in municipal services related to planning and public works, public transit, pedestrian and bikeway planning, helping these systems better serve their communities.
Paul is a Professional Engineer registered in the states of Missouri, Illinois, Wisconsin, Colorado, Arkansas, Kansas, Iowa, Texas, and Tennessee. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP) and a League of American Bicyclists League Cycling Instructor (LCI).

Paul is an alumnus of the University of Missouri – Rolla (Missouri S&T) and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. He has previously served as MoDOT’s Director of Planning and Public Works Director for the City of Clayton. A St. Louis native, Paul has dedicated his professional work to the communities of the area, contributing to numerous regional roadway, bikeway and greenway projects, as well as meaningful pedestrian planning and design projects across the Midwest from Indiana to Kansas and Minnesota to Texas. Paul is committed to making the land-use and transportation connection for built environments that support healthy communities.
