Horner & Shifrin Names Jarrett Jasper to Board of Directors
Mr. Jasper serves as Transportation Assistant Business Unit Leader and Associate Vice President
Horner & Shifrin, Inc. is pleased to announce the election of Jarrett Jasper, PE to the Board of Directors.
Mr. Jasper has been with the firm since 1998, when he joined the Transportation group. He has since risen through the ranks to become Associate Vice President and currently serves as Transportation Assistant Business Unit Leader.
Jarrett has served as project manager for many large-scale transportation infrastructure projects, including The New I-64 Design-Build in St. Louis County and major reconstruction of the I-70/Fifth Street Interchange in St. Charles County. Jarrett is currently serving as Design Manager for MoDOT’s Safety Design-Build project in the St. Louis District.
Mr. Jasper’s experience includes interstate and highway design, alternate interchange concepts, design-build, conceptual studies, cost estimating, and design implementation.
