Horner & Shifrin Recognized by St. Louis Post-Dispatch as 2020 Top Workplace
2020 marks Horner & Shifrin's fourth consecutive year on the Small Business Top Workplace list
Horner & Shifrin has been recognized by the St. Louis Post-Dispatch as a 2020 Top Workplace. This marks four consecutive years of H&S on the Small Business Top Workplace list. Horner & Shifrin is ranked 36 among Small Businesses (those with 149 or fewer employees in the region).
The Top Workplace lists are exclusively based on employee feedback gathered by a third-party survey, administered by Energage, LLC. The survey is anonymous and measures employee responses considering a range of factors of workplace culture, including work-life balance, pay and benefits, practices, and the quality of leadership. Of the 1,471 employers in the region invited to participate in the survey process, 140 St. Louis-area employers were ranked based on their employee survey feedback.
