Kent Peetz Joins Horner & Shifrin as Senior Project Manager – Water

Kent Peetz, PE has joined Horner & Shifrin as Senior Project Manager responsible for leading Water efforts in Southeast Missouri. Kent has more than 26 years of experience in environmental engineering. Throughout his career, Kent has focused his practice on the realm of wastewater collection and treatment. Since 2005, Kent has worked at the City of Jackson, Missouri, where he has served consecutively in the roles of City Engineer, Director of Wastewater Utilities, and Director of Public Works, the position from which he recently retired.

Kent is a Professional Engineer registered in the state of Missouri. He holds both a Master of Science degree and Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Engineering from the University of Arkansas. He is a member of Missouri Water Environment Association (MWEA), the Missouri Water and Wastewater Conference, the Missouri Public Utilities Alliance.
