Kirkwood City Hall & Police Parking APWA Project of the Year

We are proud to announce that the H&S project City Hall and Police Station Parking Reconstruction for the City of Kirkwood won the Project of the Year Award from the American Public Works Association Public Works! This award highlights excellence in management, administration, and implementation of public works projects. The Project of the Year Committee selects the winners using criteria and a selection process.
