Matt Steuber Joins Horner & Shifrin as Project Manager
Horner & Shifrin is pleased to announce the addition of Matt Steuber, PE, to our team as a Project Manager in the Civil/Site Department. With over 10 years of experience in civil engineering design and project management, Matt brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our organization.
Matt’s extensive background includes designing commercial, single and multifamily residential, mixed-use, and municipal projects. His areas of expertise encompass site design, ADA compliance, storm and sanitary sewer modeling, stormwater detention design, and water quality Best Management Practice design. Throughout his career, Matt has demonstrated a strong ability to manage projects from conceptual design to final construction, working closely with clients and review agencies to ensure successful project outcomes.
Matt holds a Professional Engineering License in Missouri and Indiana and is an active member of professional organizations, including the ULI Young Leaders Sponsorship Committee. He earned his BS in Civil Engineering from the Missouri University of Science and Technology.
