Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission Selects I-270 North Design-Build Team

The Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission, MoDOT’s six-person governing body, recommended the Millstone Weber/Parsons team for the I-270 North Improvements Design-Build Project on Wednesday, November 6th. The $278 million project will provide much-needed infrastructure improvements to the 270 corridor, from I-70 at the west to Riverview Drive at the east (tying into the H&S-designed I-270/Riverview Drive interchange and I-270 Chain of Rocks Bridge project). Horner & Shifrin is a subconsultant to Parsons on this project, providing engineering design services for drainage, roadway, bridge, and hydraulics.
