Oglesby Park Recognized with ASCE St. Louis Section Project of the Year Award

Horner & Shifrin’s Oglesby Park project in Foristell, Missouri was awarded the ASCE St. Louis Section Project of the Year Award. The American Society of Civil Engineering recognizes outstanding civil engineering projects that demonstrate exceptional civil engineering skills and contribute significantly to the field and society.
