Overview
Horner & Shifrin provided mechanical and electrical engineering services for the renovation of approximately 15,000 square foot of office space modifications on the 3rd Floor North of A-Building on Bayer’s Creve Coeur Campus. Spaces included open workspaces, storage rooms, huddle rooms and conference rooms. Scope of work included modifying the existing HVAC system to accommodate the renovation, providing power for all new light fixtures, lighting control design, and modifying the existing low voltage to accommodate the new furniture layout.
