Overview
The Agents of Ames Place, the resident governing body of Ames Place private residential subdivision in University City (St. Louis), retained Horner & Shifrin to provide an infrastructure assessment report and engineering design for their neighborhood.
The assessment report presented prioritization and cost of improvements including roadway overlay, ADA-compliant curb ramps, sidewalk reconstruction, curb and gutter replacement, and drainage improvements. An arborist was consulted to preserve roots and avoid damage to established trees during construction.
