Overview
Horner & Shifrin provided design services for a building expansion and new outpatient clinic for Touchette Regional Hospital. The existing seven-bed unit was expanded to accommodate an additional thirty beds and new outpatient clinic. Our team extended the normal and emergency power systems from the hospital, and a new domestic water service was installed to the hospital. A new generator was also installed to increase the hospital capacity and accommodate the building expansion. The existing helipad was also relocated to the back of the hospital property and designed to meet IDOT FAA regulations.
