Overview
Improvements included resurfacing of approximately 2 miles of roadway and the addition of ADA-compliant curb ramps with detectable warning panels at 20 intersections. The design team was responsible for preliminary design; public involvement; environmental and historic preservation permits; utility coordination; cost estimates; and preparation of final plans and specifications. The project also included preparing construction bid documents, administering contracts and performing construction observation and inspection during construction. STP-funded project.
