Overview
As part of the development of a Comprehensive Clean Water Management Plan, the Jefferson County Clean Water Commission needed to address current and future water resources issues for its stormwater system. Horner & Shifrin worked with the County and its municipalities to identify and prioritize their issues, evaluate alternate solutions, and develop a plan to implement the recommended solutions. Our team assisted the county in identifying sources to offset substantial costs for the various projects needed.
