Overview
Horner & Shifrin were responsible for site development, structural and MEP-FP engineering of Cottages of Lake St. Louis. The first of its kind in Missouri, Cottages uses the Green House model of senior living community and consists of six 10-resident homes and a central administration building. Open floor plans, central gathering areas, private patios and gardens, and walking paths give a community feeling to this skilled nursing center.
