Overview
Whittaker Homes hired Horner & Shifrin to provide stormwater modeling services for New Town, a modern mixed-use development styled with traditional town planning principles. A system of lakes, canals and culverts transect the site and provide a focal point for the town square, in addition to providing retention for more than 700 acres of stormwater runoff.
