Overview
Horner & Shifrin provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection services for design of a four season open air market and event center for the O’Fallon Parks and Recreation Department. This building is used for farmers’ markets, rental for parties and receptions, Santa Claus and other community events.
