Schroeder Creek Boulevard Extension

City of Wentzville, Missouri

The extension relieves the large volume of traffic along Wentzville Parkway, provides direct access to undeveloped property, and displaces some school traffic from West Pearce Boulevard.

Overview

Horner & Shifrin provided engineering design services for the 0.8-mile extension of Schroeder Creek Boulevard, providing a major collector road between Wentzville Parkway and West Pearce Boulevard. The overall project limits begin at the existing Schroeder Creek Boulevard and extend to West Pearce Boulevard and include the extension of William Dierberg Drive to the new extension of Schroeder Creek Boulevard. The extensions of Schroeder Creek Boulevard and William Dierberg Drive complete two key corridors on the City’ Transportation Master Plan through the heart of the City. Completion of this project relieves the large volume of traffic along Wentzville Parkway, provides direct access to large sections of the undeveloped commercially zoned property, and displaces some of the school traffic from West Pearce Boulevard.
