Overview
Horner & Shifrin was selected to prepare plans, specifications, and estimates for the construction of a new 1.5 mile shared use trail & loop for the Village of Shiloh, IL. The new trail loop is planned to encircle a drainage feature at a nearby development. A 0.5 mile section will provide the connection to the existing park trails. The project scope includes construction of a 10’ wide Hot-Mix Asphalt path, way finding signage, and best management practices throughout the construction site. The IEPA inspected our reports and the job site for compliance with EPA and DNR regulations.
