About Brad Riechmann, PE

Brad has more than 20 years of experience in transportation and civil engineering. He currently manages Horner & Shifrin’s Transportation operations throughout Illinois. He has experience in highways and street design, railroad track design, Phase I preliminary engineering studies, Phase II design, independent QC/QA reviews, value engineering studies, intersection design studies (IDS), complete streets policy, hydrologic and hydraulic analysis, surveying and production of construction documents. Brad has major project management experience including coordinating between multiple state agencies, resource agencies and railroads in order to move regionally significant projects to construction.

Brad enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and two boys – riding bikes, exploring hiking areas and watching his boys compete in youth sports. When an opportunity presents itself, Brad has been known to relax by playing a round of golf or going fishing.
