About Carrie Beth Collier, PE

Carrie Beth Collier is Assistant Regional Manager of Structural Engineering at Horner & Shifrin.  She is a structural bridge engineer and project manager with over 20 years of engineering design experience. She is skilled and proficient in the design & details, analysis, rehabilitation and rating of multi-span bridges.  Her primary role at H&S is as a project manager, lead designer and Engineer of Record for bridge projects, including quality control, preliminary & final design and cost estimating, as well as complete hydraulic analysis and design for stream and river crossings. Carrie Beth also has experience in the design of other structures including buildings, retaining structures and culverts.  She is proficient in the use of LEAP Bridge Software, Excel, Microstation, Merlin-Dash, Ram Elements, HEC-RAS, GeoHECRAS and SMS-SRH2D.
