April Giesmann, PE, CFM Joins Horner & Shifrin as Civil/Site Business Unit Leader
April Giesmann will also serve as Office Manager in Horner & Shifrin’s new branch located in O’Fallon, Missouri.
Ms. Giesmann has more than 20 years of experience in civil engineering design and planning, working with private clients, municipalities, DOTs, and other governmental and utility agencies. She’s been involved in the design of storm sewers, detention facilities, sanitary sewers, commercial and industrial sites, ADA accessible routes, flood analysis, and creek restoration projects for educational facilities, commercial projects, residential properties, municipal and sewer agency projects, and recreational facilities.
Ms. Giesmann is a registered professional engineer in Missouri, Illinois, Arizona, Indiana, Iowa, Mississippi and Texas. She is also certified by the National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying (NCEES) and a Certified Floodplain Manager.
