Brian Bettinardi Joins Horner & Shifrin as Senior Principal Engineer
Horner & Shifrin is excited to welcome Brian Bettinardi, PE, as a Senior Principal Engineer in our Transportation department. With over 20 years of experience in civil engineering and traffic design, Brian brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to H&S.
Throughout his career, Brian has gained extensive experience in traffic signal design, intersection planning, and traffic operations. His expertise includes analyzing traffic data, conducting warrant studies, and developing traffic operation improvement recommendations. He has also played a key role in designing and reviewing traffic signal plans, as well as evaluating new traffic signal technologies for use in various projects.
Brian’s background includes significant experience at the Arkansas Department of Transportation (ARDOT), where he held positions such as Senior Traffic Design Engineer and Staff Traffic Design Engineer. During his tenure, he led the development of traffic signal design guidelines, trained engineers, and coordinated with local governments on traffic signal specifications.

Brian is a graduate from the University of Arkansas and is a licensed Professional Engineer in the state of Arkansas. We are happy to have him on board and look forward to the valuable contributions he will make to Horner & Shifrin!
