Horner & Shifrin Presents at Design-Build Conference & Expo

Jarrett Jasper (Vice President, Business Unit Leader – Transportation) presented Thursday, November 7th at the Design-Build Institute of America (DBIA) Design-Build Conference & Expo in Las Vegas. Jarrett presented on the St. Louis District Safety Design Build project, speaking to the benefits of design-build project delivery for non-traditional project types, the challenges faced by the team and lessons-learned upon completion.
