H&S Establishes First Office Location in Arkansas
Horner & Shifrin, Inc. has established a new location in Bentonville, the firm’s first location in Arkansas.
Horner & Shifrin has performed work in Arkansas for more than 20 years for a variety of municipal clients such as Rector, Cabot, Piggot, Blytheville, Russellville, Pocahontas, St. Francis and Fayetteville. H&S has performed extensive bridge and roadway design for the Arkansas Department of Transportation and has designed projects for other public clients including Arkansas Parks and Tourism, Little Rock Water Reclamation Authority and the University of Arkansas.
