Oscar Schlafman Joins Horner & Shifrin as Senior Project Manager
Horner & Shifrin is thrilled to announce the addition of Oscar Schlafman, PE, to our team as Senior Project Manager in the Building Services Group. With over 40 years of experience in mechanical engineering, Oscar brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our organization.
Oscar’s career spans various areas of mechanical engineering, including design, management, construction, commissioning, startup, and operation of industrial, commercial, and government facilities. His extensive experience and proven track record make him a valuable asset to our team.
Oscar holds a master’s degree from Saint Petersburg State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering in Russia. He is a licensed Professional Engineer with certifications in multiple states, including Missouri, South Carolina, Texas, Nevada, North Carolina, Louisiana, Georgia, Florida, and New Mexico.
