Overview
Horner & Shifrin was engaged by the City of Edwardsville to facilitate a planning project to re-image the parking areas behind the North Main Street businesses to create a unique place where the businesses and residents of the east side of Main Street are connected by a commons and where one can dine, stroll, visit, and connect in a vibrant destination. Parking improvements and operations were one of several focus points for the effort with solutions for parking expansion to support new development and a vibrant downtown.
